The owner of this…read morecenter this is so accommodating when you can't make it in for a tour she will do FaceTime with you so you can view the centre and meet your child's educator before your child begin. I know many families that have chosen FELC and have sent all there children there for many years and would have never sent them anywhere else, that goes for me as well. All the educators are very knowledgeable and are always willing to learn about new cultural ways.

They also seem to lack capacity to handle children from diverse racial backgrounds or children not in the usual demographic they cater to. The staff were always quite pleasant and hooked me up several times on their amps to test guitar after guitar, never pressuring me for a sale. After I had selected one, I price-compared it online and was unable to find the same guitar for a cheaper price. They assured me that, had I found it cheaper, they would match the price. Each time I have returned, they ask me how I'm making out with my new guitar. I have asked them about other instruments, that they don't typically carry and they took the time to see if they could bring it in for me. I think that speaks to the attention and care they put in to servicing their customers
