It wouldn't have been a problem however, they didn't call and cancel to reschedule or reach out in any way to let me know. I ended up waiting and finally leaving. They ended up showing up for the next appointment, which I was happy with. The day of the clean they showed up a few minutes after the scheduled time and got to work. Overall, not a bad job, but looking at it more closely after they left, I still saw some dust and cobwebs in areas they said they would address. Anyways, I would and will use them again, just wish the attention to detail would have been more of a priority. Before they left, Dan let me know that they accidentally hit a small plastic water line for a filter under the sink. I didn't think anything of it, but the next morning the drywall had a little water running up and some water soaked on the carpet. Dan called me back almost immediately and asked me how we could resolve it. GREAT JOB! I was happy to see that as a new customer he wanted me to be happy. The first thing that irked me was they took a selfie while they cleaned my grandfathers trailer one of the ladies was sticking out her tongue in between her fingers. Now dan I ask you is this very professional? What if you had just lost a family member and you hired a crew to do a job and they did something like this ? You wouldn't feel too great about it . This is the first instance that made my family upset . Later that day Dan let us know he was finished with the trailer , I was satisfied with the pictures he sent me . My parents wanted to go check out the trailer before they gave Dan the rest of the money . Good thing we checked the trailer before paying him . We asked Dan to do haul aways he could do whatever he wanted with the furniture, we just asked him to please leave the appliances . When my dad arrived on site the washer and dryer were gone and there was trash piled outside of my grandpas trailer . My dad was furious. Dan you have to understand that my family has been grieving and this was the last we had of my grandfather. I apologize if my dad was rude to you on the phone , but you have to understand you had a job and you didn't do it right the first time . So he was upset , especially with how stressful this whole journey has been for us . It was so unprofessional to write about this incident on Facebook. Dan returned our washer and dryer and cleaned up the trash . If he would've done this in a professional manor this review would have went differently. The trailer looks great now , but over all it was a really stressful situation. Please PLEASE work on your professionalism.
