I sent multiple requests for cancellation following their outlined procedures and expected that to be the end of my double reccuring charges. Wrong. For the next several months I continued to be automatically charged without authorization or active service. After multiple attempts to contact someone in customer service, I was told times they would not refund me. The fact that Kenosha News ignored my multiple requests for cancellation, continued to charge my bank account, and are blaming me as the customer, is absolutely shameful. These types of business practices do not earn them community respect or support.

And after a few weeks the response given is a run around and phone tag scenario. Did i actually have a paid subscription? Why yes I did! The delivery service lasted less then a 5 day week.
