They are scam artists who will tell you one thing and make you sign something else on the contract.They have gone as far as creating a fake check based on the check I provided them for initial deposit and have paid themselves out of my account! This is a scam!!! They will write fake checks off your bank account and won't let you out of your contract even though they told us the ad would be in a certain store but it's not. SCAM SCAM SCAM This company is a complete FRAUD. They say they will place your advertisement in one of their magazines, for me it was the Best of San Clemente magazine, in Orange County, CA. Then they do not create the ad, publish the magazine or distribute the magazine. This is their predatory business model. They do it for many companies throughout the United States. they have many names and hide behind a web of companies, LLCs, and fictitious business names, and company names they create out of thin air that are not companies at all. They have bank accounts in Oregon and Texas, and more I am sure. Names that I know for them are Advertising Service, King Fish Media Group, Menu Express, and King Fish Media Group, LLC (in Nevada). I am going through a battle with my credit card company trying to get my money back that they stole from me. One advertiser paid by check and then this company created additional fake, fraudulent checks and cashed them against the advertiser's bank account, unbeknownst to the advertiser. This company called "Advertising Services" is absolutely a scam. They are charging me about $1300 and after 3 months I have still not seen a single magazine in the store. I live very nearby the store and go in almost every day. After speaking with a few other people who have also advertised with them I realized I am not alone. So far everyone I have spoken with says precisely the same thing. When I called them to express my disappointment and requested a refund, they explained to me that since their system shows the magazines were delivered then they will not be giving me a refund. This is basic is a scam!!!! Rick Delpapa promises you the moon and how this company has relations ships with grocery stores, etc. They do not. They are selling you an ad in a book and the books may not ever get to the store. Ours were to be out April 1 or April 4: depends on which Realtor he was talking to. He will also promise you there will be a limited number of people in the book that are in your profession. The Realtors here were told there would be either 2 or 3, depending on who he talked to. I finally got a copy of the book when they wanted to be paid and I said I was not paying until I saw a finished product. Well dummy me, they sent me a copy but the books are still not out. There ended up be 6 Realtos in the book!!! Trust me keep your money and find somewhere else that is reliable and trustworthy to invest in. read more

Business Owners BEWARE!!! This company has taken my company for a $1500 plus some ride since OCTOBER 2017! I paid my 4 CONSECUTIVE monthly payments as agreed to on my contract even tho they have NOT fulfilled their part. Not to mention the first $299.00 initial "set-up" feel that I paid while the scam artist representative was in my office the day they pulled me into their scam! I have tried contacting this company SEVERAL times via phone and via email and I have NOT been able get in contact with ANYONE!! I am going through a ferocious battle with my bank right now to get some of if not all of my money back. This company takes money from people's accounts WITHOUT consent and they MUST be STOPPED!!! I'm reporting them to the BBB and the AG as well! I will be reporting all FICTITIOUS names they operate under as well! I am determined to shut their little scam operation down!! I have left two messages for Tricia in customer service/new accounts at Advertising Services, both on the company line, 855-557-5566 and her cell, 818-466-2215, (which you provided to me). Once I reviewed the glossy welcome letter the sales rep provided to me from The Best of Magazine, I discovered that it is same glossy welcome letter from Fresh and Green that was given to me a little over two years ago. Both glossy welcome letters have the same fax number, 800-738-0089, and extension, 2207, for the art department. What a surprise to find out that Tricia works for both Fresh and Green, 855-557-5562, ext. 2215, and The Best of Magazine, 855-557-5566, ext. 2215 when I called both numbers (and she has the exact same extension as well)! Even more interesting is the fact that Fresh and Green and Advertising Services, at least the addresses provided on your literature, appear to be less than three miles from each other in California but they appear to have no actual offices at these addresses. Whether you are familiar with Fresh and Green or not, I am. I shared my story of my awful experience with Fresh and Green when The Best of Magazine rep visited my office on February 14, 2018 and was told not to worry. Well, I am more than worried. To be clear, I would have NEVER signed a contract to advertise with Advertising Services knowing it is affiliated with Fresh and Green. Fresh and Green never delivered on what they promised in 2016. I couldn't get anyone from the company to call me back. They listed my business phone number incorrectly in the ad after I approved the correct phone number for the ad copy plus they sent the magazine to a different state which I had to track down.
