During that time, I received a string of vague text updates from the HR rep--ranging from "the manager will be on soon" to "he's in a meeting" to "he's having technical difficulties." If an organization can't respect your time enough to be present for a scheduled interview, that's a red flag. You're probably better off not working for a company that doesn't value people's time from the very beginning.

I have seen Chris and Carlo bend over backwards for clients. They are timely, very knowledgable in the tech industry, respectful, friendly, charge fair prices, and will do an impeccable job! If you can't come to them, they will do all they can to come to you. They never leave a job without cleaning it up either--if it weren't for the enormous flat screens they're mounted in a living room or bed room, the client would never know we were ever there (yes, they'll bring a heavy duty vacuum along)! They are the pros to see if you need home theater, surround sound, IT work (residential and commercial), data recovery, surveillance cameras and systems, phone systems, graphic and web design, printing anything like business cards and flyers, and so on. They're really good at what they do, but the biggest reason I love visiting them is how honest they are!

They are literally my one stop shop for everything tech related and i travel from Hollywood Hills to see them. At first, it started with tech support. I can't even remember the amount of times they spent looking over my archaic laptop years ago for free. I would call frantic with odd tech issues and Chris would walk me through everything over the phone at no charge. A couple times he stayed open as I drove over the hill in rush hour to get my computer up and running. Once I dropped the cheapskate ordeal and upgraded to a latest and greatest, they got me running with the latest protection and tools. As my business grew, they designed my website and customised an entire back end for me to update it at my convenience. Brochures were designed as well as business cards. When i upgraded my pad, i hired them to install security cameras throughout where i could control and view everything from my phone. If my dog walks into another room when im not there, motion detection records and i am alerted with immediate access to the footage. Awesome. The real gem is when i tool the plunge as an early adopter into 4k cinema. Sony broke down the barriers and need to wait by releasing the VW600es 4K projector. Without getting too much into it, Chris and Carlo knew the products, consulted with me on the projector to go with along with a matching screen that absorbed ambient light for a non dedicated theater. Remember that there wasnt a lot of info or track record available on these devices yet. They came out for free to my pad, did a consult and gave me an amazing price to do all the electrical work that didnt exist but was necessary for the setup. I even got my chandelier up too the day of the job. Let me tell you. Every time i hit that button and my 180" screen drops in 2:35 format and the 4k picture is playing. I cannot believe i have this shit in my home. As it is not in a dedicated theater (pitch black room with no light) and in my living room, there is a science and specific requirements needed. They had no reference material to go off as almost no one else had a 4k setup and they knocked it out of the park. All my components were installed in a cubby area and all the cables run either in the wall or external conduits. The setup is so clean. My home cinema blows away most commercial cinemas, and instead of popcorn, im eating all sorts of nonsense, because i can. Chris and Carlo, thank you for being there for me and my business and sorry it has taken me years to write this. People, if you want tech experts for home or business in your corner, these are the guys. They deserve your business.

Hiring them for publicity for my shop has been, without question, the single worst business decision I've ever made. They dangled the promise of media coverage and influencer partnerships in front of us for the staggering price of $4,000 per month, but what we got in return was a fiasco of epic proportions. First, let's talk about their so-called "influencer partnerships." They managed to bring in **TWO influencers**--and I use that term generously--who were completely unprepared and lacked even the basic competency to create their own content. Not only did these individuals fail to produce any user-generated content (UGC), but my team had to step in and provide them with footage from **our own production resources** just to get them to post. Where was the Rogers partnership team during all of this? Nowhere. They didn't bother to show up for the shoots, didn't supervise the process, and certainly didn't ensure that anything was being executed correctly. The result? A chaotic mess that reflected poorly on our brand. Then, there was the media coverage--or rather, the complete lack of it. After we signed up, they conveniently started making excuses about why they couldn't deliver. Reporters were "lazy," the holidays were a "bad time for media coverage," and so on. Let me be clear: if this company knew the holidays were a problematic time for PR, **that is something they should have disclosed upfront.** Instead, they prioritized padding their own pockets over being honest and transparent about their capabilities and timing. This wasn't just incompetence--it was deliberate deceit. But the absolute **lowest point** came when we disputed the money we had wasted on their useless services. The managing partner had the audacity to **threaten us with blackmail.** Yes, you read that correctly--this so-called PR firm threatened to launch a campaign of negative PR against us unless we dropped our dispute. This isn't just unethical; it's downright unhinged. How can anyone trust a PR company that openly threatens to ruin your reputation in retaliation for holding them accountable? Their behavior is not just bad business--it's borderline criminal. To summarize, this company is the epitome of financial and reputational disaster. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then resort to bullying tactics when confronted with their failures. If you value your money, your sanity, and your business, **stay far, far away.** This company will not only drain you financially but leave you scrambling to repair the damage they've caused. Consider this your warning: hiring this firm is a catastrophic mistake you cannot afford to make.
