Because they didn't 'check' emails from our ins co requesting add'l info on our pool, the carrier cancelled our ins. No notice no notification to us. We learned of it when our mortgage company was notified we didn't have coverage ... u can't make this stuff up! Very long story short, provided 2 photos of our pool and enclosure while in their office and policy was reinstated ... what would have happened if we had a claim during that period ???? Follow up? It took forever to get them to cancel our policy when we found another agent / co. Then longer yet to get the premium already paid by escrow. 2 months after policy cancellations, we get a letter containing info like our policy is still in force with then. Be forewarned ... stay away !
