I took the same tax papers into Gary's office and in less than an hour he not only found the error but processed the amendment for me to send off to the IRS so I could receive my substantial return. When I asked Gary how much I owed him he told me that there was no charge! I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I met Gary. He has more than 30 years of tax experience to solve just about any problem there is. He is very personable as well as professional. When she first put her finger up to me, after asking me what I needed in the first place, I took it with a grain of salt. She then asked me what I needed, and why I asked if they had a CPA, and when I tried to explain you cannot acquire your transcripts through the IRS anymore unless you have mortgage or a proof of credit (and that I am 20 and have neither a credit card, nor credit) she began a fit of talking over me. I left without being helped because it was so blatantly disrespectful. I work in the service industry, and I'm young. It's Boca. I understand the plight. But to be rude and interject without letting me explain is uncalled for. Here's a direct quote from the IRS: "Request Online What You Need To register and use this service, you need: *your SSN, date of birth, filing status and mailing address from latest tax return, access to your email account, *your personal account number from a credit card, mortgage, home equity loan, home equity line of credit or car loan, and *a mobile phone with your name on the account."

I particularly deal with Ellen, my tax preparer. She is very well versed in handling my rather complicated return. Mist times, I drop off what is needed in a file folder and get a call rather quickly to come back in and go over/sign and file the return. I highly recommend this location, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.
