They charged me $310 to do a SIMPLE tax return with ONE DEPENDENT. I personally find this absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the fact that he did my return wrong, and I received less than I was originally told and this was the OWNER. Never was i told by him, the amount that this would be. When my taxes were complete, I spoke to the owner myself to express my distaste for my charge. He told me he would give me $50 off of my next return with them and that's all he could do. So I figure. That's fine. I will call corporate and speak to them directly. Well that's a funny one, cause they basically have NO corporate office. A multi million dollar company, with no customer service. WOW. I guess I figured since this company has been around forever, it would be fine. I will NEVER in my life ever go back there and I would advise the same as anyone reading this post.
