The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! I had heard home renovation could be an overwhelming undertaking with hiccups, false starts,…read moredelays, and sometimes even outright failures. I had never gone through major remodel or worked with a designer before and was unsure of the process. I researched and spoke with several designers. When talking with Carla's A Classic Design, what stuck with me was that right away they showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. And they were firm, but polite, about the existing design elements that had to go. The renovation included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a mud room. Angie and team asked me a lot of questions about my tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The result is that they gave me such a beautiful place, one that I couldn't imagine getting to on my own, but it feels 100% mine and I enjoy it every day! The owners, Samantha and Allen, are what make Studio 2b truly special. They both have great taste for the showroom displays, as well as in recommendations for customers. Samantha and Allen strike that perfect balance between being personable and professional, and both are very knowledgeable about the products. They are one of a kind in the Denver area. The last time that I was in the showroom, a couple came all the way from the east coast just because the customer service at Studio 2b is that much better than a similar showroom in New York! Their reviews most definitely fall under YELP's "suspicious/fake review activity" claim category. STOREHOUSE's bottom line is to help people. And that's exactly what I've seen them do for the past year. That equates to nearly 100 satisfied families, couples or individuals -- with not one complaint. I found out about them when they helped me with a bed and a table. They were so incredibly nice, generous, helpful -- and made it so easy -- I decided to become a volunteer so I could help them help others. They are the only nonprofit in Teller and El Paso Counties that provides free furnishings, household goods and medical equipment to low-income families who don't have the means to furnish their homes. Many of these families drive away with more than $5,000 worth of goods. For free! They have a 7,000 sf showroom filled with quality goods. Worth checking whether you have no, or a low, budget -- or if you're looking for gently used furnishings for an unbelievably GREAT price.

Purchased 3 Piñon Pine trees a couple years ago from FRL&N. One of the trees died this spring. I…read moredrove to FRL&N today to inquiry about the dead tree knowing I was beyond their 1-year warranty so not expecting their help on that front but mostly trying to gain knowledge. I was asked by one of the employees if I wanted to buy another tree to which I responded that I wasn't sure. At this point the owner (Hubert) entered the conversation and explained that these are hearty trees that thrive in the deserts of New Mexico. After a few questions he told me "if you want to talk, then take a walk. If you want a tree then see me". After confirming that he said to take a walk I expressed that is a heck of an attitude to which he told me the F-off and then threatened to "put a boot up my a**". I have never experienced any such negative attitudes from any employees I have interacted with in the past but this owner really should not be the face of this business. FRL&N is not a low cost source of landscape trees and I am sorry that I spent $3k+ on this trip of pinon pines. As for me, FRL&N will never see another dime from me and I hope no one else ever experiences the rude treatment I received today.
