It is very good, but I am not sure if I am "a fan". This is a small store with a well curated selection. Read the other reviews-including the filtered ones. I would agree with them. Lots of high-end modern (not contemporary, not transitional) household goods. Bring your credit card (the one with the large max limit). We now live in San Luis Obispo California. We were looking for a world class furniture/design studio that carries quality and comfortable modern living room and dining room furniture. We also wanted someone who knew the full spectrum of furniture product lines and was willing to work with us to fit our needs. Studio 2b exceeded our expectations. I called the design studio, and talked with Samantha the owner. She explained she sources high quality and very comfortable furniture from around the world. After reviewing her website and seeing all of the options, we focused on the German manufacture, Rolf Benz. Samantha coordinated with the manufacturer, and we all met with the German Company U.S. Sales Representative and Samantha. They diligently showed us the product lines, we sat on the furniture, and selected a combination of leather and fabric sofa and kitchen table leather chairs from Rolf Benz at Studio 2b. We also found modern floor lamps at the studio. When the furniture arrived from Germany in Los Angeles, Samantha and her husband Allen, personally picked up the furniture and delivered it inside our home in San Luis Obispo. This type and style of full service is hard to come by, but Studio 2b exceeded our expectations. I am a hard person to please, and the management of Studio 2b exceeded my wishes, and yet was very diligent in meeting our price/costs limits. My new go to for high end furniture, Studio 2b is a true must for those of you looking for gorgeous, European home furnishings. The owners, Samantha and Allen, are what make Studio 2b truly special. They both have great taste for the showroom displays, as well as in recommendations for customers. Samantha and Allen strike that perfect balance between being personable and professional, and both are very knowledgeable about the products. They are one of a kind in the Denver area. The last time that I was in the showroom, a couple came all the way from the east coast just because the customer service at Studio 2b is that much better than a similar showroom in New York! Our experience with Samantha and Allen at Studio2B has been better than we could have imagined! We moved into a new condo with small and somewhat challenging living spaces. Samantha and Allen were able to solve all of our space and design issues by introducing us to some flexible, contemporary European furniture. From the Clei wall bed system for our office/spare bedroom, to the Draenert extension table in our dining area. Our biggest challenge was our very angular living area. Samantha and team were able to accurately produce a cad model and found us the perfect transformable Rolf Benz sectional sofa. While ordering high-end furniture without having experienced it personally can be intimidating, it's not difficult trusting Samantha and Allen's expertise and knowledge of the lines they carry. We have since purchased many additional items from Studio2B including occasional tables, art, lighting, additional seating, bed and even our mattresses! They both have been to our home many times bringing furniture to see how it might work for our space as well as overseeing the delivery and installation of major items. Samantha and Allen are both great people and they worked with us as partners to help find exactly the right furniture that complement both our home and lifestyle. I found a table and chairs on line. It was not available at any stores in Denver. On a company website, Studio2B was listed as a vendor. Samantha showed me swatches and material, told me about the manufacturer and did a great job ordering it for us. She answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. When shipment finally arrived from Italy, to keep the cost of delivery low, Allen (Samantha's husband) himself came to our house to help the mover/installer. My husband and I were looking for a modern furniture design showroom that would help us to fit customized furniture in our Maine lake house following a renovation. Our space is unique and we wanted interesting and high quality European furniture to help fill the spaces (living room, den area, sitting area, master bedroom and kitchen). After months of on-line searches to help narrow down our selections, we found that Studio 2B represented the majority of the makers (Italian and German) that we thought would be the best for our house. Not only that, they had really good reviews which was important to us ! We ended up visiting the Denver showroom and spent a full 8-hour session with the owners, Samantha and Allen. You will not get this level of attention and professionalism from any other store. Samantha was able to create CAD drawings so we could envision the furniture in each room - this is expensive furniture that is made to be handed to future generations. In the end, they exceeded our expectations so much that we contracted with them again to completely furnish our NY apartment. Again, this is a fairly long and complex process as the choices are endless, and is not like going into your big box furniture store and going home with an off the shelf couch. Samantha and Allen made everything possible and EVEN flew to NY to make sure the delivery went according to plan. If you: 1) are able to wait for customized modern / contemporary furniture, 2) want to work with the best professionals, 3) are willing to spend money for quality European items, and 4) want the highest level of service possible, then Studio 2B will be the right place for you. read more

I've only written one, but I really do have good intentions of writing more, especially when I have a phenomenal experience to share, or a really BIG disappointment. I have very high expectations of the way businesses should treat and serve their 'hopefully' valued customers and prospects. Studio 2b more than exceeded my expectations. Samantha and Allen Bates, the owners of studio 2b, should give seminars on how to run a business. If they did I would send my management team and employees to learn from them. Yes, my experience was 'that' positive. I am in the process of doing research for my next new build. This will be my first contemporary home so I had 'lots' of questions. I tend to be an information sponge before purchasing anything new. I'm very methodical in my information gathering as I prefer to eliminate as many surprises (ie disappointments) possible before I start the design and construction process. Samantha and Allen answered my 100's of questions with aplomb. They simply love to share their passion and experience with high-end contemporary kitchen & bath design and home furnishings. They were extremely patient with me, always taking the time to thoroughly demonstrate every cabinet, appliance, bell & whistle and piece of furniture I inquired about. Studio 2b has a new showroom and its awesome. You have to go if you are looking for anything regarding modern or contemporary design for your home. This special place has it all and is so inspiring to anyone who has an affinity for contemporary homes. In addition to their interior design services they also have stunning furniture and artwork. The kitchen displays are amazing, they have everything you could dream of for a gorgeous high end kitchen. I've also come up with a great wedding and house warming gifts here. I find myself getting lost in this place and dreaming up possibilities. You can tell these guys have it going on, everything just works. My friend and I met Alan and Samantha on the Denver Modern Home Tour. Their house was featured on the tour, and definitely a favorite. A lot of the products in their house are in their showroom, too. What was super cool, though, was how much time they spent with each person who came in. They are clearly passionate about modern furniture and kitchens, especially. Yesterday my friend and I went to their showroom to gather more information for my future home, and once again, they spent over an hour with us, showing us around the entire showroom. They treat you like you're old friends, and love to share their knowledge and passion. It's so obvious that they are also great artists because the showroom space will knock your socks off. I recommend this as an outing for anyone show might want to see some over the top Pogenpohl kitchens, Italian designed bathrooms (with aromatherapy and color therapy in the showers), and to meet a really great warm, welcoming, couple. Of course, I also recommend them to ANYONE looking for a modern asthetic in their house, but also for unique solutions to small spaces. I can't wait to work with them. Don't bother coming in unless you dress like someone who spends money. Needless to say I'm well to do, but wear flip flops and shorts on a daily basis. I can buy this building if I wanted to. The owner ( I think the owner) said hi, looked me up and down and proceeded to take a call for what seemed like 10 minutes! I don't know, maybe it was because I'm half ethnic? Whatever it was, prejudice or classism. All I can say is practice the golden rule, treat others like you'd like being treated and not judge based on if you look like you have money or not. They lost $15k of potential business from me. Good luck, no one wants your furniture that can be bought on Amazon. read more
