The order process is an automated process through their APP so either their timer is off or the folks working g are under performing and if you are a customer the store has your money so all you can do is wait and choose a different provider next time. It was to say the least disappointing and it would be helpful to provide better training for personnel or adjust the APP to accommodate and not promise something you cannot deliver.

This stuff is far and beyond better than the meats used at nationally recognizable sub restaurants. It's better than good; it's unreal!
