The first day the players got a delicious cold sub sandwich and chips. Later that evening they ate a big pasta dinner. Baked spaghetti with meat sauce, chicken alfredo and baked ziti. With salad and bread. The players really enjoyed this meal. Especially the chicken alfredo! But it was all great. The next day for after the game meal was a hot chicken philly and hot steak philly. They were under delivering and over promising. Managers provided scripted responses that they were busy without acknowledging customers who were waiting an hour or more for their orders. The order process is an automated process through their APP so either their timer is off or the folks working g are under performing and if you are a customer the store has your money so all you can do is wait and choose a different provider next time. It was to say the least disappointing and it would be helpful to provide better training for personnel or adjust the APP to accommodate and not promise something you cannot deliver.
