Within a month of installation multiple strands from the carpet began to appear which qualified for a full refund based off the amount of degree of involvement. Despite this, Full Circle deferred the decision on whether or not to refund us to the carpet manufacturer who then promptly stated that the stranding/looping was "normal" and did not qualify for a refund or replacement. On the positive side, they also installed LVP in our basement which did bubbled up in several spots. The company was attentive and corrected the areas that were involved.
