They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

The work was professionally done, and the entire area was clear of debris. Dylan was fair and honest. When we were thinking about replacing all of our decking, he explained that only part of the decking needed work, saving us thousands of dollars. The roof looks great, and I know we are safe for years to come. The painting helped to freshen up the house. It hadn't been overall painted in years. The gutters are now the standard size, and they have the leaf guards, so that I won't have to climb up and clean them out. Indianapolis Roofing was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. You can find everything online. I hired Dylan to replace our roof in 2020 and his installers did a shoddy job. We recently lost some of our ridge cap because of improper installation (verified by Owens Corning), and it turns out they also used Menards vent caps instead of the name brand agreed upon in the contract. We are now left without any way to have these repairs completed under warranty since Turnkey is out of business.
