I would strongly encourage potential customers and employees to carefully consider their experience before working with this company. My concerns are based on both personal interactions and information shared by a former employee. The owner, Jeremy, presents himself as trustworthy and community-oriented, including using his position as a bishop to build credibility. However, there were repeated concerns regarding business practices, employee treatment, and billing transparency. According to a former employee, staff were at times expected to perform work off the clock, and overtime hours were not always properly compensated. Employees were also reportedly pressured to spend unnecessary additional time at jobs in order to increase billable labor charges to customers. In one example, a very inexpensive replacement part costing less than $1 was billed to the customer at approximately $80, along with two hours of labor charges, resulting in a total invoice exceeding $260. There were also concerns about scheduling expectations and workplace treatment. Employees were allegedly assigned unrealistic workloads and then criticized for delays that were outside of their control. Additionally, lunch breaks were reportedly deducted from paychecks even when employees were not allowed to take those breaks. Communication and accountability were also recurring issues. Jeremy was frequently described as confrontational and unwilling to accept responsibility when mistakes occurred. Former employees and customers expressed frustration with missed deadlines, inaccurate estimates, and promises that were not honored. One particularly serious concern involved an employee allegedly not being fully paid for hours worked. When questioned, responsibility was reportedly shifted to others until the employee threatened to report the issue, at which point corrective action was finally promised. Based on these experiences, I would not personally recommend working for or hiring this company. I believe customers deserve honest pricing, transparent communication, and quality workmanship, while employees deserve fair treatment and proper compensation. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of a family member because I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled their service. To be clear, the technician who performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and did quality work. My concerns are not with the technician, but with the company's pricing transparency and customer service. The work involved replacing leaking sprinkler valves and installing additional sprinkler heads to improve coverage in the backyard. Before the work began, my family member was told labor would be billed at $95 per hour, plus the cost of parts. The job took approximately 6-7 hours to complete, yet the final bill exceeded $2,000. Based on the labor rate that was quoted, this raised reasonable questions about the cost of materials and how the total was calculated. When payment was requested, my family member asked for an itemized invoice showing labor, materials, and charges. They were told the invoice would be sent by the company afterward. Although they were uncomfortable paying without seeing a breakdown of the charges, they paid in good faith. Unfortunately, the promised invoice was never provided. Multiple follow-up attempts have been made, and the company has not responded. As a customer, it is difficult to feel confident about a large bill when there is no transparency regarding how the charges were determined. Again, the technician who completed the work was courteous and did a good job. However, the company's failure to provide an itemized invoice and its lack of communication afterward have left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage anyone considering their services to insist on a detailed written estimate and itemized invoice before making payment. read more

Super dishonest landscaper. After committing to Jeremy he continued to escalate our cost, adding items that he did not consider in the original quote. We were promised completion in 4 days, it took 5 months. Our biggest concern was how he tried to switch the artificial grass in the front yard to a lower quality without our knowledge. We only discovered this because he did not clean up the project and we had to do that ourselves. We stopped payment on the check and made him come back and put the grass we purchased in. You can clearly see seams throughout the grass. Additionally, he discussed the issue we had with him, with neighbors who are not a part of our contract. They knew issues we had and the details of our contract including the cost. Neighbors called us dishonest, because we demanded the product we purchased before we paid in full. We should have seen the warning sign when we discovered early on that his contract license had elapsed. Be careful with this contractor, there are many people that will provide you a good quality job at a reasonable price. This is not one of them. read more

I paid in full. Guaranteed his work. Did not return to finish promised work. Did not return messages. Had to hire another landscaper to fix their work. read more
