Adam did an amazing job. Quick and efficient AND picked up his phone during the process. We highly recommend him.

Absolutely horrible job. None of the fence posts are straight...2-3" out of plumb. It doesn't even follow the contour of the ground. Some of the posts are even shorter than the fence panels! It's as if I hired high school kids who had never built a fence before to do the job. Totally unacceptable, but if he had at least fixed one of the really bad posts I would have been satisfied enough to not have to waste my time writing this review. The only thing worse than the quality of the fence was his service...too much bad to say to even begin. Some details: Adam installed a vinyl fence with gates (total about 30') last November 2022 but it was way out of plumb (especially the latch post of the 10' gate, which was over 2" out of plumb). He promised to come take a look after Thanksgiving but didn't. I contacted him but he said he had other jobs and couldn't come until after Christmas. He didn't come. I contacted him again and he said he had other high priority jobs and couldn't come until after the new year. After contacting him several more times I was finally able to get him to come mid-January and reset the gate latch post, but he put it in essentially the same place...still 2" out of plumb. For several months he kept promising me he'd get it fixed but kept putting me off behind other jobs. In August 2023 a storm destroyed the gate (because he failed to put a couple important bolts in the latch). He fixed the broken gate (but he charged me another $150 to do it), but he didn't get to the post repair because it started to rain. He said he would come back and fix it in a couple days when the rain stopped. After several more weeks of trying to get him to come back, and after he kept putting me behind other "high priority" jobs, he finally said he was upset about problems with his help, with the industry, and with the country and he refused to fix my gate post because "it just isn't worth it". Wow! That was professional. I will probably have to end up hiring another company to redo the entire fence and suing Adam Jensen for the entire cost. Reviewers who gave this company greater than 2 stars must have been reviewing some other company...it couldn't have possibly been Adam Jensen Fencing. I gave him one star but would prefer if I could give -5!! read more

On Jan 23, 2024 Adam responded to my husband's review of Sept 19, 2023. All of what he said is not true. Just look at the photos included with David's review on Sept 19, 2023...the post has obviously NOT been fixed by Adam. It IS leaning about 3 inches to the inside of the yard...just the way Adam set it! Not only did he NOT fix it, he refused to come out and fix it! When the gate was broken in a windstorm it was because Adam installed it incorrectly (forgetting to put some crucial screws in the hinges). Even though it was HIS mistake, we actually paid him to fix it! Not only has David responded to EVERY call, email, or text from Adam, but ADAM is the one who has NOT responded to David's texts and calls! What a liar he is!!! What more could you ask for...incompetent AND a liar! If you hire this guy, you do so at your own risk and expense...don't expect a good job and don't expect him to fix any mistakes he makes (and there will be plenty) without paying him extra and waiting months and months for him to get to it! read more

I appreciate that Adam and his company tackled my smaller job with professionalism and punctuality as if I had a large job. My fence looks fantastic. They didn't let supply chain delays get in the way. Adam kept me posted on progress, and the installation was straightforward and professionally done. Highly recommend. read more

Adam is a very nice guy but I am disappointed in the work. He said he was known for his gates and ours does not work. I texted him when the gate started leaning and wouldn't even open but he said it had been too long. Well I couldn't call him when the gate was still working!! Adam is the hardest worker ever. His family business is a tradition in Utah where people work together. I recommend him for Fencing, porches; decks and basically anything handy. A little painting or dry wall also. His brothers do window washing too. read more

I would not recommend allowing him to give you an estimate unless you are planning on using him. When I politely told him that I went with another bid and that I may contact him in the future on other projects, he told me he would not do any jobs for me in the future. I had a small job for him to do that did not require materials. His bid was fair, and the only reason that I did not go with him was that he wanted half the money down before he would even come back to start the job. I told him that I would be willing to pay for the supplies he needed and give him the rest when he showed up, but that I was not comfortable giving half down until he showed up to do the work. In his text, he seemed irritated that he came and gave me a free estimate. That is part of the job. According to his wishes, I will not ask him to do any work for me in the future. read more

I was impressed the other day, because although we had our fence put in a year ago, which had some minor flaws at the time, Adam was willing to come fix not only those minor issues, but also a part that came down with the wind for free. We needed to replace a gate and rotted sections of cedar fence. Found The phone no. In our Sandy Journal. A lot of jack hammer work to remove excessive footings.
