I went with it, not thinking anything the quality would have changed much. The hair wash was fine, but she gave me a wet cut so I didn't notice the way she had cut. She also did a blowout with a curl so I didn't see the blunt, unblended layers. Again, I just asked for a very small trim; a "dusting" of the ends she called it. The stylist proceeded to take chunks out of my hair and shorten the length by 2+ inches at the bottom. The shortest layers are 1 inch above the rest of my hair; not blended. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as this is the worst haircut I have ever received. The haircut is reminiscent of a jellyfish; certainly not what I wanted. It's a good thing I can still pull my hair into a ponytail.

The stylist Zoey toned my hair to a very noticeable orange and brassy tone. Her lack of technical skill and experience has resulted in having to seek additional services elsewhere to fix the issue without being issued a refund. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the salon can address training and quality control, as I have had excellent experiences at other Ulta salons and believe this location has the potential to improve.
