This was my 3rd haircut at this salon. The first 2 haircuts were decent and pretty straightforward. This time, I was greeted by a different stylist than I had previously, without any notice that there would be a change. I went with it, not thinking anything the quality would have changed much. The hair wash was fine, but she gave me a wet cut so I didn't notice the way she had cut. She also did a blowout with a curl so I didn't see the blunt, unblended layers. Again, I just asked for a very small trim; a "dusting" of the ends she called it. The stylist proceeded to take chunks out of my hair and shorten the length by 2+ inches at the bottom. The shortest layers are 1 inch above the rest of my hair; not blended. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as this is the worst haircut I have ever received. The haircut is reminiscent of a jellyfish; certainly not what I wanted. It's a good thing I can still pull my hair into a ponytail. read more

I had an appointment at 10o'clock 12/9 for a balayage with dark brown up top and a honey brown at the ends and I wanted the balayage to start closer to the end of my hair. Not the root. My hair was not thinned like I asked for. I literally paid for a hair cut separately just to have my hair thinned. My hair has blonde streaks in it. And the stylist said it will darken. Update: it's been about a week. My hair has not darkened like the stylist said it would so now I have blonde streaks all throughout my hair that go all the way to the root. For 350$ you'd think I would get what I had asked for. read more

I came here to get an eyebrow threading and tint. This was the first time I've ever had anything besides waxing done to my eyebrows, and they did a great job! I expected threading to be more painful that in ended up being. She really took pride in her work and paid attention to detail when it came to my brows. The tinting was great, too, although it did burn/tingle a bit the way it does when you get your hair dyed. I'm not sure if that feeling is universal or not, I have sensitive skin so I may just be more sensitive to whatever they use to tint brows. Anyway, I definitely will be back! read more

Ok so I went here about 6 weeks ago for a gloss. I don't normally go to different places but my sister had a gloss done there and it turned out really good so I decided to try it. I didn't end up getting the same girl that she did but I wasn't too worried. It was just a gloss. She seemed a little confused about the gloss and was asking the other stylist there WAY TOO many questions. I should've taken that as a clue to GET OUT but I figured, how bad could she mess up a gloss.. it's a gloss. So she informed me that it would add a little darker tone to my hair which I agreed was not an issue, it would "fade in a few weeks as it's not permanent.." she said. . I had light brown hair with golden highlights at the time. She ended up dying my hair JET BLACK and chopping off 6 inches of my hair. And then charged me extra for my hair being long. Um. Seriously?! I left pissed but didn't really say much. Until I got home and realized what she had done to my hair. After several unreturned calls to the salon to complain I left it alone. They didn't care what they did or even have any desire to fix it. I've washed my hair over and over, I've tried to dye it brown, nothing. I tried to dye it blonde, nothing.. except now it's red and black.. So now I'm another salon 6 weeks later and the stylist is telling me it's going to take multiple treatments to get this black out of my hair, which is going to create further damage. So.. BEWARE.. If you don't want your hair jacked up and chopped off by stylists that don't care to address their mistakes, go somewhere else!!!! read more

The staff was friendly. The man who did my hair was the sweetest, there was a language barrier between us, but I absolutely adored him, sadly my Spanish is not the best, but we were able to talk a little! The salon squeezed me in at 6:30 for a last minute appointment. The ladies of the salon left me with a bad taste of unprofessionalism. The salon closed at 7 and the 3 other ladies there made me feel really uncomfortable as me and my stylist were still there beyond close. I could feel them being upset as they were waiting to go home. My stylist kept telling them that he was going to finish fast. One of the girls even asked me to pay out as I was sitting getting my hair done, which of course I didn't mind, just something I wasn't used to. The ladies actually left while I was still getting my hair done, turning all the other lights out, even accidentally turned them all out making it go completely dark on us. Then told me which door to go out because they had locked the other one. Overall just a very awkward experience. Leaving me with my stylist who only spoke Spanish. I give my stylist 5 stars! He was the sweetest and kindest man, and I love my haircut! But for the experience the salon gave me as a first time customer, not impressed and definitely do not want to go back. read more
