We realized that we were small fish in a big sea (our price point was much lower than many in the market), but we still felt we deserved some personal attention. We ended up dealing with Brad Copeland and boy did we get lucky! Brad knows his stuff! He treated us like we were buying a million dollar home (even though we weren't even close to that). When it came time to make an offer on a house, he made the process very easy for us. He burned the midnight oil getting the offer in and making sure we hit the closing date we wanted. He negotiated our terms and helped us find people who could estimate things for us when we don't know the first thing about who to call. He even showed up at the title signing, which made that process more comfortable for us. We later learned that Brad had recently won an award for highest home sales in the Market. From the moment we met with Sam, he gave us an extremely thorough run down of what this process would entail and what to expect during each phase of the home-buying process. When viewing homes, Sam really helped us try to envision them as if they were our own. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. When we were ready to submit an offer, Sam walked us through each step and gave us helpful tools to make our offer stand out.
