Wow. What a 7 months it has been getting settled into our new home. I told myself I would write this review right away but here I am 7 months later finally writing this. Choose Sara as your realtor! What a perfect day to write a review about Sara Michaels and her team. I just received my closing check 5 minutes ago. This particular transaction was interesting as I have owned an investment property (townhouse) in Nashville for 10 years. I have never been to Nashville unfortunately and I therefore have never seen my property in all these years. I decided to sell it because the time was right and I had every intention of using the company that had sold me the property and also managed it all these years. Long story short, I left 3 messages regarding selling it and didn't even hear back!! So I went to Yelp! I identified the top two candidates (a man and women) based on other reviews and chose Sara, thinking that she might work better with my tenant who I also hoped might purchase my home. Of course, there is some concern doing all of this via phone and email etc...but I felt great about Sara right away. The biggest question and concern I had at that point was along with being nice and professional, would she be responsive in a timely manner with getting things accomplished as I needed her to do everything for me. This included communicating nicely with my moody tenant and the subsequent removal of the tenant, evaluate the condition of the house, make decisions on how much to spend, contact and line up the contractors, then get it listed and properly priced. She even saved me thousands of dollars by encouraging me to clean the carpets versus replacement which worked wonderfully!! You know why I love Yelp, because of these very reviews that allowed me to quickly find Sara from over 2,000 miles away and quickly identify a competent trustworthy person and Realtor to work for my best interest and make it an enjoyable experience.
