Based on that promise, we invested over $2,000. The installation process was a total disaster. It took three separate appointments just to get them up. The first two times they arrived with zero knowledge of how to install the product. The third time he arrived, he admitted he had never put these exact blinds in before and actually suggested using double-sided tape at one point. Now that they are finally up, the performance is terrible--they let in a ton of light and aren't at all we had hoped for. When we reached out with photos/videos to check if they were even installed correctly, it took days to get a generic response telling us everything looks okay. I requested a call from a manager days ago and have been completely ignored. For a premium $2k+ price tag for 4 windows, the product, installation quality, and customer service have been completely unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere.
