A Greek agency for Greece, Mexican for Mexico... - their purchase volume gave access to significantly discounted fares. I've used Voyages Orient Tours (Jimmy) 3x now. The first time we were a group of 7 friends and family going to Thailand, and though one friend was determined to find a better a better deal online, they gave up because so many seats and payments, and passports and restrictions were frustrating to manage and JIMMY still managed to beat the online fares and made it EASY. Most recently I needed a ticket that wouldn't have too many restrictions or penalty fees to change the return date and I needed flexibility to return from either Thailand or India. Jimmy impressed me with his knowledge of what airlines allow or how they apply extra fees and he secured the most convenient flights for me. He knows the ins and outs and can even find free stops! If you're traveling to Asia or South East Asia, try great old-fashioned travel service to book your flight!!!

I was very skeptic regarding the tour due to the low price. Everything was well organized including the timing of each departure destination and itinerary. There were two downsides in our tour which was beyond the travel agencies control, so my rating was not affected. When we arrived at the Montmorency Falls, we were unable to take the cable cars due to strike. There were employees picketing in front of the entrance. The tour guide refunded the cost of this destination immediately which shows honesty of the business. Second for lunch, we went for buffet des continents The food selection was very subpar, not worth the $21 per person. Even though, I don't plan to do another bus tour in the near future, but this travel agency is reliable.

Absolutely terrible experience with Concord Tours and Travels. Our tour guide, Mick, left us at the…read morehotel even though we were completely ready and only missed the departure by 2-3 minutes. A friend from the tour even came out and called us, letting Mick know we were on our way, but he still refused to wait. What makes this even worse is that this was a college trip with students. As a tour guide responsible for a student group, a little patience, communication, and consideration should be expected. Instead, we were left behind over a delay of just a couple of minutes. Leaving paying customers behind in these circumstances is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. There was no reasonable effort made to ensure everyone was accounted for before departing. This was easily one of the worst tour experiences I've had. Mick's attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience for us. I would strongly advise colleges, student organizations, and anyone planning group travel not to use this company for organizing tours. If this is how they handle a simple situation involving students who were only a couple of minutes late, I would seriously question their professionalism and commitment to their customers.

He also wouldn't allow cups on the bus, or eating. And forget about using the restroom on the bus. That's only for emergencies. He didn't even wear his seatbelt. It was buckled underneath him. The children on our tour were a total nightmare. Their parents slept while the kids pulled the hair of the people in front of them. They were totally loud, even with earplugs in. Adult only tour would be worth the extra money. We decided to not do the buffets. The first stop had a Harvey's ( fast food) way cheaper. On the second day we walked across the street to Costco and had lunch for two people less than $10. Niagara Falls was wonderful. Beautiful. CN tour was amazing!
