Also, beginner pole dancers are permitted to be an instructor at this studio. Because Cincinnati is a small city without many options, Dimension Fitness is still in business. In other cities, people would choose a professional studio with more experienced instructors and non predatory billing practices. If you live in Cincinnati, find online instructors. Trust me.

Jacky and Justin do a great job at the 2 PM Saturday small group fitness class walking you through each station for a great hour workout. Each class is different from what I understand after talking with both trainers. Today's was focused on total body so we did everything from TRX ropes to bunny hops. This workout was so much fun! Jacky and Justin are a great team of trainers to workout out with they literally know their shit! I used to go to LA Ftiness, Planet Fitness, Orangetheory and all the gyms you can think of in the Columbus area and didn't get as great of a workout as I do here. For 60 minutes, I'm getting a full body sweaty workout I didn't get at any other gym I signed up for in the past (I'm sorry but it's the truth). I can still feel that 60 minute workout as I'm typing this review, it's that effective. If you don't believe try it out for yourself one class is $15 but I think the 6 week class is your best option as you spend $50 for each class you come into.
