Daniella was great always calling once a week to let us know what's going on with the window took some time but even if I didn't answer she left a voice mail which I appreciated when they finally came to install the window Scott and Eziekiel were very Kind and they even went the extra mile to paint the frame to match my other windows the other guys that did the plastering after Scott and Ezekiel installed my window did a great job as well. Its kind of scary when you finance something in advance but they sure did deliver and workers there honor their word unlike some others so I think this is a great company out here in El Paso if you want to install windows. Ordered a bathroom shower redone, paid $14,000.00 and it shows on the contract that is was paid to Aesops Gable. They have torn the shower apart, put up two walls and disappeared. It's been torn apart for three weeks and no one will call me about it. I've been given phone number after number, been transferred all to a voice mail (this has all been at least 20 times) and have been hung up on and still no response. They didn't even have all the fiber glass parts to finish and the project manager told the installer "to work with what you have, instead of getting the proper material. Their contract we signed in July had a fake license number. They aren't even licensed in our city. We know of at least $100k these thieves have stolen from customers. They are also known as Bath Planet, Xmplar, Renewal by Anderson, Axiom Solutions, Granite Transformations, and AG Big Cowboy Construction. There are probably more. We have found people stiffed in New Mexico, Arizona, California and Texas. SCAM!! Aesop's Gables was reputable for over 30 years and then the owners sold the business to the Linfoots. If this is the same company that operates under Aesop's Gables in El Paso, TX, and handles Renewal by Andersen windows, I tried calling the Albuquerque phone number on multiple occasions to verify, but this company does not answer the phone or return calls, so I think it is the same entity since they exhibit the same poor customer service. Therefore: The installation guys are great, but the company and it's management, at least for the El Paso location is the WORST I have ever experienced. Made a down payment of $45k in April 2022 and window and door installation was finally completed 6/15/2023. Over 14 months when the quote said 4-6 months. They sent the same guy out twice to do a template for the door and when it arrived it was the wrong size. The installation crew had to make field modifications to make it fit and the stucco guys did a good job of hiding the measurement errors. Then they had the gall to demand payment 30 minutes after the stucco guy finished painting when I was at work and had not seen the finished product. They could not wait one damn day for the rest of the funds even though they sat on our down payment for over a year. That makes me think they have serious financial difficulties and I would NEVER do business with them again. read more

He knows his business and we feel extremely fortunate to have him guiding us through this process. He was completely honest when it came to what we could or could not have and he also provided excellent suggestions for modernizing our 20+ year old shower. I recently took out a loan for $25000 dollars to have my stucco redone and my doors replaced. This was through Aesopes Gables who merged with Aestheic windows and doors. I took this loan at the end of May 2023. We are now in October. The guys came out and did my doors. Super great guys, and the stucco guy came out same day and said they would start the next week. That was the end of August. Well, the day they came to do my doors was the day they were merging. They knocked out stucco to put the doors in and left a opening all the way around the door. I was not worried cause I knew they would fix it when they came to stucco in a couple days. I then got a call that I needed to finance the $6000 left through a different company than I had already been approved through cause they no longer work with the other company. I explained that they left my house exposed to the weather, not to mention we were having this done to prevent damage to our home. They sent someone who filled in around the doors with concrete and left. Now around my doors are gray and my house is still brown. I only purchased the color of door I did because the house is supposed to be stucco and painted gray. I let them apply for the loan and I was approved. That was the last I heard from them in 4 weeks. I have left numerous messages and no one gets back to me. I guess my next step may have to be to take legal action. They already have $25,000 that I am paying on and I can not get in touch with anyone. I am very disappointed with this company and I am not the only one having issues since they merged companies. read more

This was the company that installed cabinets in my newly built home. I've now been waiting for over five months for them to complete installation of the last set of shelves. After much calling on my end, they finally scheduled an appointment--they then came on the WRONG day. So, we rescheduled. They came AFTER the appointment time, when I only had fifteen minutes left to be at home. Turns out they didn't even have the correct measurements. So I rescheduled again. I called them at the start of the appointment time, and they confirmed they would come and would also call me ahead of time to notify me of arrival time. By end of appointment window, still no worker and no call, so I texted the scheduling guy. No response. I ultimately sent an angry email to them, and then quickly get a text from them stating that the worker had been here, knocking on my door for twenty minutes. I do not believe them, as I was sitting near the front door the entire time, and my dog would have gone bananas as he does anytime anyone even drives down our driveway. Absolutely the worst cabinet company in Albuquerque. All the sales staff has quit and no one knows what is happening or who is doing what. The manager is never there, always away somewhere else. We have been working on getting cabinets from them for over a year. Said the installation and renovation would be done in a week. Cabinets just came in, and we are told we May have the installation completed by Sept or Oct 2022!!! The manager should be there all the time so that when situations like mine can be resolved right away. Let the buyer beware as the saying goes. When you need cabinets, STOP at the place you also have driven past on a daily basis, and go see Barb! Planning a kitchen from top to bottom was an overwhelming task, especially with the insane prices of good cabinetry. Aesop's Gables not only blew away the competitors with their incredible prices, but my designer Barb really went above and beyond in helping me put together a dream kitchen. The final product looks like it came straight out of a magazine and cost me about half of what you'd think. I got better quality cabinets than the big-name stores at a better price, and fabulous personalized service you can only get from a small business. Not only did I happily give them the kitchen contract, but I also had Barb design all of my closets. Small adjustment to price of cabinets was made. 2 weeks later new cabinets came in and measurements don't allow for appropriate dishwasher placement. Wrong measurements twice!!!
