I took it back to exchange it, and I was rather rudely told that they didn't accept returns on sports equipment!? I explained that I had just purchased it a couple hours previously and it had never been used. They took it and I purchased the correct item. When I got my credit card bill, I saw that I was charged for both items and had not received credit for the return. It was only about $22, but I won't accept being treated that way, and Leslie's has lost my business.

I recommend buying Leslie's on-line, drive further to another local Leslie's or one of the other local pool shops. I have meant to report my experiences for so long, but put off to complete pool work at hand. On a rainy day today, I'm ordering from Leslie's on-line and found some free time.
