I have not been having a good experience and made an appointment at Salon Haven with the hopes of finally finding my go to stylist. I came to my appointment with the remnants of the last poor color job and explained exactly what I wanted to my stylist, Shelby. She listened and asked many questions, making sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. It was different than what she would usually do but she was willing to do what I was asking. Shelby was able to not only repair and blend the poor previous work but gave me the color I was wanting all along. Shelby was very meticulous in her work, I could see she really wanted to do her best. I would absolutely recommend Shelby for color or cut.

I never get fake nails often, only on special occasions, so I decided to get some for valentine's day. I didn't want to hurt their feelings so I said i liked them but in reality I didn't. When I paid for a manicure, i except someone to trim my nails, hand massage and cut my cuticles. That is not what I received. I kept asking if they can do the design I brought and she just looked confused. Overall didn't get what I asked for, they can't do designs only stickers and every person in there does nails different. It's like playing roulette. I'm never coming back here for anything.
