I have not been having a good experience and made an appointment at Salon Haven with the hopes of finally finding my go to stylist. I came to my appointment with the remnants of the last poor color job and explained exactly what I wanted to my stylist, Shelby. She listened and asked many questions, making sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. It was different than what she would usually do but she was willing to do what I was asking. Shelby was able to not only repair and blend the poor previous work but gave me the color I was wanting all along. Shelby was very meticulous in her work, I could see she really wanted to do her best. I would absolutely recommend Shelby for color or cut.
