Made an appointment with the gentleman there and when I got there he had someone else do it, someone inexperienced with foot care. She never spoke. She did fine, rough but that's showed her in's experience. She cut a scar on my foot that my other two manicurest did not previously, again inexperienced. She had to be asked to do my heels over twice since she knew she cut me but said nothing. An apology or bandage would have been enough but nothing. The polish mistakes I had to ask her to clean. I didn't know about cut till I walked to my car. Don't go here. They are rude. read more

The lady that gave me a pedicure was very nice, but I'll never go back. She was so rough to almost the point of bleeding. Actually the next day, there was a little blood on my toe. Two of the staff there were arguing and the lady doing my Pedi even apologize to me but yet it didn't stop. read more

I was not pleased with the artistic/aesthetic quality of my nails. Communication was a problem: I requested my nails be shaped differently at the very beginning and was reassured that they would be- but my request was not granted. I was disappointed at how sloppy my nails looked, especially under the nails there was glue and debris that could have been cleaned. Getting nails done is expensive (to me) and it is a personal treat that I should enjoy for weeks. I'm a bit disappointed. read more

The first place I came to because I'm not from Nacogdoches, it looked clean, they're far from it! They use the same tools to cut everyone's nails they don't sanitize it. The guy who did my full set was so rough and keep drilling my skin instead of my nails. NEVER AGAIN! and he was rude as heck. ‍ read more

I did not have a good experience here. I feel like they were not concerned with the satisfaction of the customer. My nails were jagged after they cut and filed them and I had to ask several times for the nail tech to file them again. I got a pedicure here and I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER GO TO PRO NAILS located at 4909 North St. I have never in my life been humiliated, as they humiliated me in front of their customers. I went to pay and the card I tried did not go through, so I gave them another. After multiple attempts I notice that at the bottom of the receipt it says "connect error", so I let them know that it is their card reader and they tell me multiple times it is my card. I advised them to swipe their personal card for $1 and the same message would pop up and they refused. In a demeaning tone, they kept saying that they had accepted credit card payment all day. I let them know that due to bad weather their connection must've gone out. The shop owner's husband finally tried his personal card and when I asked him if the same error message popped up, he ignored me and crumbled up the paper. During this time, the shop owner and her husband were talking to me in a demeaning manner, insinuating that I did this purposefully and was trying to steal their services. I had to have a friend bring me cash to pay for my service and not once did they apologize. read more

My first visit to Pro Nails was great! The lady that attended me was very nice and polite. My acrylic nails came out thin and straight. A few days later I went back but there was a different lady to attend me. She was very rude. I realized she used the same utensils on me as the person from before. The place wasn't very clean or well organized. She was very aggressive on my hands and the acrylic nails were thick and uneven. They came off not even a week later! She doesn't get up from her chair and makes you pay her where she's at instead of the counter. I do not recommend this place and would not go back. read more

I think I wandered into the wrong salon looking for Nails 2000. This place is total crap. I won't be surprised if one of my fingers rots off. My nails don't look terrible if you don't look too close, but they did not do a great job. They were very rough and a day later my nails are still sore. read more

I got my eyebrows and underarms waxed here. They did a fine job, except that there's no private room or privacy screen. It was just a chair at the back of the store. Came and sat down for a pedi...the man that did my pedi today was great!! Not rough, did all the steps to ensure soft smooth feet. Did a fantastic paint job on my toes too! I got my nails done Sunday around 2 or 3. It took over 3 hours because there were only two ladies work that day. They were very friendly, so I left the time slide. After my pedi was done, I had confidence in them (since the last time i came her a year ago they wax the upper half of my eyebrows off). So the other lady started doing my refill. When she was done, there was acrylic stuff all around my nail, and the paint was on my cuticles. Because it wasn't that expensive and they were nice, I didn't complain. I even gave them both tips. That night my index fingernail broke (without me doing anything strenuous). Within the next 2 days my thumbnail broke. This was the first week of school (college), therefore, I was not able to come right back in. But I figured under the circumstances it wouldn't matter. I came in that Friday, and they refused to look at the broken nail (the ends of the broken nails were paper then, which is why they broke), or redo them unless I paid half of the price of a refill. When I explained to her that the ends were then and asked her to look at them she told me that it was my fault they broke not hers. read more
