I've tried contacting our salesman, Ronnie Castillo and he's really not interested in trying to help us...so my husband tried contacting his boss, Nate Miller and we're not getting any responses. I've contacted them through ALL their channels and no one answers their phones or returns calls. Submitted tech ticket, called and left a VM, emailed support, called local office in Las Vegas, and emailing the owner...
