Fast, safe, hygienic, and as painless as any wax I've ever had. Secondly, it's convenient. Easy to get an appointment scheduled, in and out in 15 mins for many services, and an easy and reliable online scheduler. I only used this once, since I now make my next appointment at the time of service, but it was really useful, and the automated system sends me appointment reminders and receipts. Finally, she's absolutely lovely. While she's taking care of you, she's easy to visit with, and you'll love her voice and her laugh. It makes the time go by faster and makes an awkward situation seem less so. Pro Tip: Tip your waxer more than 20%. Really people. And, if at all possible, cash is best. She'll appreciate it, and you'll appreciate her so much, you'll want to take good care of her.

I asked her about her different facial and peel options, and when she could've up sold me and tried to talk me into her most expensive peel, she listened to what I was wanting and used her knowledge of my skin type to suggest a peel that was better suited to my skin - which has never looked better than it does now. I see Jenny every two weeks and use her for everything from skincare products to waxing to skin treatments. I could never go see anyone else. (Keep in mind: she also does airbrushed makeup. The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill.
