I bought the Groupon and it was super easy to make an appointment with her. I made the appointment with her on a random Saturday afternoon. When I drove up to the location, I was a little confused as my Google maps pointed me to a random apartment. After double checking, I realized the apartment location was correct. There is plenty of street parking around, so I was able to park easily. I was a little early (I did not realize parking was going to be so easy), so I went up to the apartment and rang the doorbell. I did not get a response, so I just waited outside until my appointment time. It was about 5 minutes past my appointment time and I was starting to get concerned that I had the wrong location, but Lisa came out after a few minutes. I realized that she had a client. Not a big deal for me since it was only a few minutes. The inside of Lisa's apartment is sooo cute! So much pink everywhere and super cute accessories in her apartment. During my first appointment, Lisa and I had a discussion about my skin. And, after our discussion, she led me to the room. I loved her facial. It was relaxing and my skin felt so clean after the extractions and microdermabrasion. She was also soothing, letting me know she was doing every step of the way. My facial was about an hour and I left feeling clean and smooth. I also liked the fact that Lisa never pushed me to buy anything or other services. I did ask her about a cleanser and she recommended one to me (again, not being pushy at all). After the facial, she gave me advice on how to keep my skin looking better and I was off to go. I finished up my Groupon with Lisa and had a pleasant experience everytime with her. I would definitely go back to her even now that my Groupon is over.

However, from the moment I met her she sat me down to discuss my skin needs and after I told her I'm not a skin care connoisseur she kinda just took over and said she'll take care of me. I loved how she talked me through every little thing she did to my face because she knew I wasn't familiar with the procedures and the masks. It was awesome and my skin felt like a million bucks after that. I am so happy I found Lisa, since then she has taught me how to take care of my skin without pushing anything she's selling onto me which is so great. The sitting area is total cuteness! The front desk glad were not overly kind, just kind of "check the box". I was serviced by Baille. She was wonderful. Caring. Kind. Studied my previous fill and did a thorough job. Her room is beautiful and she makes you feel comfy. She is quite skilled. The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill. Yikes! I'll see how they last for the traditional two week run. Again, the technician was great, but anything over $75 for a fill (and then a tip), is a bit much.
