Just landed to the area over Memorial Day weekend. I've been getting lashes for over 10 years, so making a leap of faith jump to just any place, is always scary. I did a lot of homework and research... and landed on Flutters. The outside and inside are adorable. The location, albeit, off the main turnpike, it's quietly hidden, which is nice. The sitting area is total cuteness! The front desk glad were not overly kind, just kind of "check the box". I was serviced by Baille. She was wonderful. Caring. Kind. Studied my previous fill and did a thorough job. Her room is beautiful and she makes you feel comfy. She is quite skilled. The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill. Yikes! I'll see how they last for the traditional two week run. Again, the technician was great, but anything over $75 for a fill (and then a tip), is a bit much. read more

She was able to work around the lashes I had put on by another business (she didn't have to take all of the old lashes off). My eyelashes have never looked better! If I lived in the area, I would definitely have Heidi do my lashes everytime. read more

My daughter's experiences at Flutters have been far from excellent. At one of her visits, the esthetician removed far more eyebrows than expected. On another visit, the esthetician we made an appointment with didn't show up. We never received any communication that she wasn't going to be there. So unfortunately, another esthetician worked on my daughter's eyebrows and she ended up removing skin between her eyebrows instead. I do not recommend Flutters for eyebrow waxing. read more

After having a really disappointing lash lift and tint elsewhere, I was extremely hesitant to find another place to touch my lashes again but I was a little desperate in fixing my lashes! I've always been insecure about my small, asian eyes and thin lashes. I know my lashes are already a challenge to work with so I wasnt upset at the other person who did my lash lift service but my lashes were left very sticky, appeared shorter, and my left eyelashes were kind of tangled. When I spoke to the receptionist about my situation, she was extremely thorough and got me to book an appointment with Hope. When I walked in, it was a little smaller than I imagined and the environment/ambiance was different from the other place I went to. When I finally got to meet Hope, I told her about my previous experience and she gave me her input and she even gave me a few suggestions. I set an appt for a full set. Due to the fragile condition my lashes were in, she actually did a partial set and I think she added some volume to my lashes instead of just the classic! I LOVED that she didnt just go by the book and did what's best for my lashes and what would look best on me overall! As she worked on my lashes, I did notice something. There was no music. I did prefer the other place's environment ONLY because there was some relaxing music playing. The reason why I prefer music is because I actually fell in and out of sleep with Hope and I could just tell she probably heard me snore!!! Anyway, most importantly, Hope exceeded my expectations with her work and I LOVE my lashes now and I've received so many compliments on it from people who knew what my lashes looked like before. I'm so happy, grateful and more confident with how my eyes look. I am DEFINITELY going to book another set with Hope again! read more

I used to get a lash lifts from Maggie and my lashes came out great every time! I recently used a new girl since Maggie left. My lashes looked great right after the treatment but shortly after I got home I realized that my lashes are too curled back and some even look bent on the ends. I will not be coming back. So Flutters is just as adorable and clean and lovely-smelling a place as you could want - They sell seriously cute (and surprisingly affordable) jewelry and handbags at the front, their rooms were super comfy and my gal, Hope, was just fantastic! This was my first (ever) lash lift and tint, and Hope explained things at the start and completely put me at ease. The overall experience and atmosphere is definitely 5 stars, but I will probably not be back, as the procedure itself didn't produce the results I was hoping for - Being Asian (I.e. monolid), I was soooo hopeful a lash lift would actually result in being able to see my eyelashes, but alas... $120 (including tip) later, while my lashes were definitely curled up instead of straight out/down, you still can't see them. That of course is not Flutters fault, however, taking 1 star off because it would have been appreciated if I had been warned ahead of time that my results might not be what I was hoping for. But if you're in the market for a lash place, highly recommend trying out Flutters - Just remember to proactively talk about expected results beforehand. read more

Third times a charm! I've had my lashes done in Dallas twice before, the last time (in January) was a disaster. So I was a little hesitant to have lashes done again. Heidi was a saint! At first my appointment was going to be cancelled because another girl was hurt, but Heidi got me in. The price is very reasonable, my lashes look amazing they are soft and light. That's how they should be, you shouldn't notice them too much or be in pain (Previously the girl got most the glue on my eyelid and in my eye). I would highly suggest going to flutters! I was required to give a credit card number when making an appointment. The day before I received a confirmation message that takes you to the scheduling link. I clicked on the link thinking I could either confirm or cancel but there was no option to cancel and it automatically confirmed the appointment. I am a very busy RN who works in the operating room and literally never gets a break for lunch. Whenever I attempt to make phone calls I get interrupted and asked to retrieve items etc. so making calls while in surgery is not realistic for me. I went to the website and submitted a cancellation request through their contact form. (This was more than 24hours prior to appointment) When I spoke with the salon the next morning I was told that my card will still be charged dispute the email sent more than 24hours prior. Patients are very fortunate they are not charged supplies, OR time etc when cancelling their surgeries. A really poor way to run a business. Their lashes are quite expensive as well This would have been my first visit. I was going to reschedule but never will go back. The staff was not very friendly or understanding. Monica read more

Zero stars. Be very very very careful when booking with this scam eyelash salon. After an extensive phone conversation when booking my appointment explaining my needs for top quality volume lashes, I had my appointment today and got a girl barely out of high school to do my lashes. Horrible. Terribly uneven. Absolutely awful lashes. $140 partial volume fill for absolute crap! It is so very frustrating to seek out a professional service and be ripped off. The owner, Heidi, should definitely supervise her staff until they are adequately experienced and qualified to offer this service. Great service! I get compliments on my lashes all of the time! Cattrine is the person to use. She is fast, precise and I find my lashes last a lot longer with her than when I have used some of the others. I got the Mink "babydoll" lashes, which look fuller without adding all of the extra weight. Lashes last about 3 weeks. read more
