The guy, Sam, had NO TOOLS to take the nuts off of the battery cover and proceeded to pull the cover off, breaking the piece where the cover was held down by said nut. WHAT TOW TRUCK DOESN'T CARRY A SIMPLE TOOL KIT??!!!! Besides not being professional, he was rude about it!!! I have NEVER had a bad experience with any tow company before today!! Unacceptable!!
