A lady, Gloria, 81, was stranded on the side of the road. I stopped to see if I could help. Her car was stuck in park. Gloria explained it had been in the shop for transition work only the week before. No way around it, she needed a tow. Although she had an emergency call button pendent for assistance, the auto insurance she had required her to confirm her location via text link. Her phone was not allowing the link to connect and so we used my phone. Once we got the request processed (which took her over 1.5 hrs), we were connected with Fazl. He was great. He called as soon as the tow confirmation was placed and said he was on the way. He arrived when he said he would, 15 minutes later. He was gracious and patient as we helped Gloria out of her car. He was professional and fast, towed her car to her senior apartment (where she could have her son-in-law help her figure out next steps). Fazl was a pleasure, and we were so grateful to have him help Gloria get her car home. My car was broken down late Saturday evening. Based on the malfunctions system in my car, my cell phone, keys and wallet got locked in car with no access. When FAZL with AF Towing arrived he solve all problems and had vehicle towed to its destination. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.
