This RV service was honest, fast and reasonably priced. They knew we were full time RVers and did…read moreeverything they could to get us back on road ASAP. We ran into a tree with our new Winnebago Mercedes and the awning was out. Needless to say, we did some damage. We met with them and our insurance agent 2 hours after the incident. B& B not only gave us the quote and ordered the awning right away, they took off the hanging awning ( to prevent more damage to RV) and temporarily plugged the holes in the RV. We had gotten a quote from another RV repair just prior to stopping here and they did not say the awning needed to be removed immediately to prevent more damage. In fact they suggested we get bungee cords! Glad we moved on to B&B. It took 3 weeks for the new awning to arrive, but we were able to continue our trip until it arrived, thanks to the temporary repair. We brought RV back when new one arrived and they installed it immediately. We were not without our RV for more than 3 hours! We will go back there for our service in the future. Thanks B&B

I took my truck in to have tie tire rod ends to be installed on the truck and a front in alignment…read moreI got the truck back they only put two rods on no alignment and charge me the same price In the process they're supposed to put a gearbox on they didn't bleed the system properly that caused the brake booster to go out and a power steering pump to go out they done this twice I got the truck back from them no power steering and no brakes and they broke the power steering reservoir box and tried gluing it back together instead of replacing it like they should have Too much prior to taking the truck in I had brand new calipers rotors drums and pads a complete brake job put on the truck they showed me a report that said that I need a new brakes on my truck I looked at them like they were crazy because they are you can see that everything is brand new they were trying to sell me something that I didn't need a complaint was filed with the bureau of automotive repairs I'd be scared to let these people work on my grandbabies tricycle
