I didn't have a great experience with this shop. It's one of those hole-in-the-wall parts and repair shops that is run by one guy. I dropped off my commuter bike for a gearshift adjustment / tuning, which cost me 25 € (included a new cable), and was done same-day (which was nice).
When I rode out of the shop, all the gears were shifting perfectly. Within a day, they were worse than when I brought the bike in. Maybe it was just the new cable settling in, and maybe the guy would have adjusted the shifter again for me, but I just learned how to do it myself on YouTube (it's not that complicated), and it's been fine ever since.
I would go back for a small part, or if there's a service I need done that I just don't have the tool for, where I can clearly see that the work has been done properly. But I have a road bike that I was also thinking of taking in for an adjustment, and I decided against it. read more
