What used to feel like a reliable practice now feels like an intern training ground, where patient care clearly isn't the priority. At my most recent visit, I needed routine bloodwork done. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. Patients deserve experienced care, not to feel like practice subjects. I will seriously be reconsidering coming back.

The receptionist, Chris, was completely…read moreunprofessional, dismissive, and lacked even the most basic customer service skills.When I arrived, Chris was chatting with a coworker and actively ignored me for several minutes before rolling his eyes when I tried to check in. He spoke to me with a massive attitude, loudly questioned my insurance out in the open (violating my privacy), and refused to help me resolve a scheduling mix-up caused by the office itself.No one who is already sick or stressed should have to deal with this kind of arrogance and hostility. Management needs to seriously evaluate how the front desk treats patients. I will not be returning to this practice.

The young lady on the phone was pleasant and friendly. However, when I got there, there were two young ladies at the desk who looked at me like I had 10 heads. Neither one welcomed me or said a word to me until I said something first. They both seemed so bothered. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly nor were they clear with their directions. The waiting area was clean and tidy. Seemed like I was the only one there. I didn't wait for long. I filled out the form and waited maybe 5 minutes and the MA, I believe her name was Maddison? Starts with an M. She was super friendly and easy going. She definitely knows the area well. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a pharmacy in mind. She quickly asked where I moved to and immediately suggested a cvs pharmacy I am familiar with 5 minutes from me. Shortly after she took my rapid strep test, the provider was in in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Paul Paganelli-- he was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and was super personal. He prescribed me antibiotics and I was on my way!! He made sure to walk me out and quickly sent the orders to my pharmacy. On my way to pharmacy, I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up! Amazing back end staff who truly cares.
