Great digital registration and the ac in the waiting area felt comfortable. I only waited about 1-2 mins before i was called in. The lady that called me in was nice and confirmed who i was. She took my bloodwork right away and i used the bathroom prior to leaving. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend this location. It's small but gets the job done.

When you go to their website, you see that they are closed from 12 to 1245 for lunch so ultimately they didn't want to take me because they were going to lunch an hour from now. This is bad business. I took a Lyft to get there and it was for my job as well. I would not go to this place at all. Customer service is horrible...... which means that the quality of care is going to be just as bad. I have what I refer to as "shy veins" and GiGi was able to find a vein and administer the blood draw without any problems. She was careful and caring and very personable. Facility was clean and not crowded. One woman who was waiting for some kind of approval code from her doctor was given special attention by another attendant who was determined to get the process going and to help anyway she could. I had my doubts previous to going having seen some rather frightening reviews, but it couldn't have gone any better. Well done Quest!
