She responded to this location for medical treatment (dog bite) but instead was denied medical treatment! Highly recommend you take your medical treatment elsewhere! They rather turn you away than treat you! Ohhh place was empty not a soul in sight besides rude staff members/ Nurses! This location failed to treat those in need! Type of care: NONE! A few days ago; my ears went from hissing to being so badly clogged that I could hardly hear. I finally got the hint when I sat down to play my very loud piano & could hardly hear the notes! I was in a panic !! I need this fixed TODAY! Who do I call? Where do I go?? God helped me 'stumble across' them somehow. Had never even heard of this place.They are in Clark , no appointment needed. My husband made the call (since I could hardly hear anything) - they said they could help. We flew (drove) down, easily found the location. But I was expecting them to take a look, confirm the obvious & redirect me to an ear specialist, w/the probability of several days wait @ best. To my amazement they actually did have someone there to take care of the problem. William was a sweetheart & a delight. He calmly cleared both ears & instead of it being painful (as I expected)- it was actually quite soothing. We had a fun conversation throughout the whole process. Everyone there was friendly-check in was easy & next to no wait time either. Almost wish I had an excuse to go back. Hopefully we won't. But if I ever need quick help in the future-they will definitely be my first choice. read more

I arrived at this urgent care this morning and was fully checked in online by 12:36 PM. There were no patients in the waiting room and no one at the front desk. I completed my paperwork and waited while staff could be heard chit-chatting in the back, completely ignoring the front area. Another patient arrived after me and experienced the same thing. After several minutes of no acknowledgment, she finally poked her head into the back, and only then did someone come out. I was eventually put into an exam room. The staff member told me he would return shortly to take my vitals -- and then disappeared. While waiting, I could clearly hear him and a coworker continuing casual conversations instead of working. What made this situation truly unacceptable was the inappropriate and disturbing nature of the conversation, which was easily audible due to the paper-thin walls. They were openly debating topics such as slavery, Aunt Jemima, Land O'Lakes, and the Confederate flag -- conversations that have absolutely no place in a medical facility, especially one serving the public. After about 20 minutes, he finally returned to take my vitals. He stated tests would be done and that he would be back shortly -- and once again did not return. Instead, more debating and casual conversation could be heard from the back. At this point, I had been there for over an hour without receiving any medical treatment whatsoever. No provider, no tests, no care -- just waiting and listening to staff behave unprofessionally. The environment felt completely disorganized and juvenile. Frankly, it felt like a room full of children pretending to run an urgent care. I ultimately walked out and sought care elsewhere. This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable medical experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, dignity, or appropriate medical care. read more

I went there yesterday . I was overcharged by $25.00! I tried to explain to the receptionist but she would not listen!! So be mindful of what your co-pay is! And if ur insurance has tiers!I knew mine and had it not been for a big cut in my finger i would of left! Bc the receptionist insisted my copay was more then what it should be!! It was a very bizarre experience. The medical assistance seemed a bit hyper, talking about his personal time off and even cursed at one point, meanwhile I feel terrible and am coughing so much and clearly not interested in talking. It was pretty unprofessional. The Dr came in and only looked in my ears, listened to my lungs and that was it. She spoke about 10 words to me and just asked if I could take amoxicillin. Didn't say how my lungs sounded. Only told me I had negative test results. She seemed tired. The receptionist was on the phone with someone about canceling her account with them for about 10-15 min, you could hear the whole conversation. It was one of the worst experiences I've had at an urgent care. It was just weird. read more

I visited here for the first time in August. The entire staff was incredible. From the front desk, nurse, and doctor. My family of 4 came down with strep a couple days before a vacation and they helped all of us. I had everyone taken care of and packed up and unfortunately I accidentally forgot my own medicine and they had it called into a pharmacy nearby. Afterwards they called to follow up with me and couldn't have been kinder. Everyone was wonderful with my children (4&1). We are so happy this exists in our area. I saw the nurse practitioner back in July. I was very sick, 102 fever and blood pressure was very high. She did nothing to address these anything medically wrong with me but lecture me on not smoking and losing weight. 2=days later I ended up in the ER and was admitted foe viral and bacterial pneumonia for 10 days. Worst care I have ever gotten. Now they are trying to get My payment of 150.00 dollars when I owe 2500.00 dollars to the hospital (that's my deductible from insurance company. The total amount of hospital visit was $131,000 for being in respiratory failure along with the pneumonia. I am very angry. All they kept asking for was a review- so here it is. read more

I was having a tendonitis flare up that I had been trying to treat at home for several days but the pain became so much and the mobility in my shoulder so diminished that I had to seek medical care. I was looking for a place that I could go to without an appointment and found this urgent center during my search. I checked the reviews and was satisfied with what I read and headed over around 9 am. I'm glad I did. I didn't wait long and the receptionist was very pleasant. The facility was extremely clean. I was extremely nervous because I hate needles and hate pain, And of course the treatment, as I expected, was a cortisone shot in my shoulder. I was freaking out but the PA Brian and Kara were amazing. Brian explained to me that he is an expert at these shots and that it would be over before I knew it. Kara held my hand and talked to me which helped me through what was a very simple and relatively painless procedure. This team of professionals and this entire facility get five stars from me. If I need urgent Care in the future I will head here. read more

Chose this location based on positive Google reviews and it being less than 2 miles away. Booked my appointment online , uploaded all documents online and signed all forms online which I thought would be a time save. The location is new and looks clean upon entry. Friendly greeting by the woman at the front desk. The reason for the 1 star - upon advising the woman that I completed my registration and all paperwork online I was told to go to the kiosk to check in. The kiosk requested me to re-enter all of the information I had already done online. I was told that Zocdoc doesn't always transfer to them and that I would need to redo my registration. Not only was this an inconvenience but it was painful since I was there for an injury to my writing hand. The second problem was that I was later told that the location wasn't able to do any imaging because they didn't have a technician. She would be starting next week. Would have been nice to have communicated this during the registration process. Total waste of time. So I left and went somewhere else. Won't be going back here for sure. New doesn't always mean better. read more

this was my second time at this urgent care. the first time I went because I was worried i had mrsa. they did a swap and some how lost the culture. i kept calling for results (a week later) the best they could do was culture me again, no charge: i should have known then... but being a holiday recently i went for a second time knowing (i know my body and know the signs) i was getting a respiratory infection or something brewing. not my first rodeo with my health conditions: i get sick quick. The dr felt there was nothing on exam and to do but to take mucinex. no antibiotics or steroids disregarding i have severe underlying health conditions. now its 12/3 and i woke with with really bad bronchitis. I now have to find somewhere to help me AGAIN. Please do not go here unless its for a cut or something. read more
