The initial visit charge is way overpriced $125.. Then it goes up by adding every procedure: blood work, IV, strept throat test etc... I was clear I didn't want anything done before I knew the charge. Having insurance doesn't matter. The $125 does add up to your annual deductible but insurances in NJ suck. Anyway.. The doctor is very good. I took advantage of my visit and asked her about other health issues. She gave me prescriptions for everything which I appreciate it. Most doctors brush you off. She listened and was very patient. I wish their initial payment was cheaper. I gave it 3 stars because I was the ONLY patient at 6pm and the 3 nurses where talking and doing nothing. I had to ask them what was the reason of me having to wait they said they thought I was not ready! Lol. Thank god for them I was feeling sick because other wise they would have had to kick me out lol. Other than that, I recommend. There's a place down the street that charges $60 but the doctor doesn't listen, it's dirty as heck and stains on the chairs dust in the patient room just horrible. So you decide. You are already sick you don't want to go to a place to catch an infection or more germs. I rather pay $65 more...

I had told them my symptoms where not getting better, but they acted like they didn't want me there. Not to mention when the doctor walked in her first words to me where "what's wrong with you", no introduction or anything. Long story short, I had a UTI which my Dr diagnosed with a simple urine sample, in about 2 min.

The young lady at the receptionist desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What she didn't know, she was able to get me the answers I needed. My favorite part of my experience here was being taken care of by Dr. Iris Peppers. Not only was she efficient and professional but she was personable and helped me experience fly by even more quickly. I know she told me that is not a doctor but she's taken better care of me than most doctors in the past. I highly recommend coming here if you need urgent care.

The experience I had with the Union office was the best ever. The experience I had with the Linden office was the worst. The office staff is not honest; nor do they care (except for the surgical coordinators - they are great). Once again - doctors yes - Linden office - not if you want to be frustrated, aggravated, or deceived.

For example, after booking my initial appointment with Dr. Mina, I received a confirmation email that included a link to the website. The website has an employee portal where I could enter my medical, demographic and contact information online. So when I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have have to fill out all of the paperwork that typically precedes consulting with the doctor. The doctor and staff had the information ahead of time. The office environment is clean, bright, quiet, organized and comfortable. Signage clearly welcomes and directs newcomers on where to go from the parking lot. The office is staffed appropriately with receptionists, nurses, technicians, and support staff so that you don't waste time waiting to be examined. Everyone was friendly, yet professional. I didn't feel rushed, but I felt that things moved along quickly. Dr. Mina is personable, smart, and great at explaining his diagnoses, recommended course of treatment, options and potential outcomes. I received an email confirmation of my next appointment, and a separate email offering me an opportunity (via a link) to provide this feedback. Most importantly, my pain has been relieved and I'm making progress toward complete recovery. If given the option of a ten star rating, they earned a 10, in my opinion.

I had badly broken arm he performed a delicate surgery flawlessly. I am on track to a speedy recovery. They have a friendly X-ray tech on the premises. Cristina was my surgery coordinator she took care of arranging Everything related to my operation at Trintas Hospital in Elizabeth . And to top it off the Physical Therapy is located in the same building in Linden . Alana is my P.T. and she is a delight to work with . They told me I needed to pay $1858 before the procedure due to not meeting my deductible and co insurance so I paid. Then a few weeks later I notice that the explanation of benefits showed the over charged me. After calling them many times I asked them if they over charged me and they told me " well yes and no" they told me to wait a few weeks and it will be sorted out and to not be worried unless I get a bill. Well now I am getting a bill from the doctor for $1045, that I already paid to the surgery center. I have called my doctors office and the told me that they have no had any communication from them and they have not been paid from them for the service. I had since had the right-hand carpal tunnel done by the same doctor in October but out of the other facility he works out of and they informed me that they have already been paid for that procedure so not sure what the surgical center is holding my money. I have called twice today with no response and now working on trying to issue a charge back with my credit card company to pay the doctor directly. Will never go here again.

Everyone from the nurses to the doctors were curt, cold, and rude. Dr. Loretta Cinquepalmi was patronizing, unfeeling, and critical. We had her both times we went to the ER. She was dismissive and interrupted me frequently and spoke down to us the entire visit. After being rushed back to the ER on our pediatrician's recommendation, she asked us "Why are you here AGAIN?" and then requested my pediatrician's phone number because she couldn't fathom why we would return. She called my pediatrician (who was very concerned about my son's medical condition) and said "Why would you bother sending him back?" He reported she was condescending with him as well. She spoke to my mother and me as if we were the village idiots. The nurses were cold as well, strapping my 4-year-old down to the bed to get his blood drawn without so much as speaking to him or looking his way. The receptionist checking us in was the only person who was kind. But a nice receptionist is not why you should choose an ER for your child. I will never return to this ER. Do not repeat my mistake -- go to another hospital instead.

Got burned in an accident at work and was sent here for treatment. The doctors and nurses here…read morewere great. Being burned is a scary event and the recovery and treatments are pretty traumatic. The staff here made it seem easier than it was. Mind you my injuries were a lot less severe than most. All the same I was glad I was sent here. The reason for the subtraction of 1 star is that they kept trying to bill me $10. I was a workmans Comp case so I wouldn't owe anything. It took me about 15 calls to clear this up. Other than that my treatment was great.
