I'm a little late submitting this review (a couple months...), but definitely want to share my experience with Affari and the folks I dealt with. First and foremost, I've never rented a party bus before, so I had some learning to do, speaking with a couple of different companies and how they work - from timing and pricing and the extra fees (that was one of my main concerns was how you get charged for time not used, extra time, etc)...working with Alex, he answered all my questions (and I usually have a lot)... He helped with all the details and I was happy with that. However, I did feel a bit pressured to book right then and there... although I had a couple other places to call and speak with, I did not book it immediately but a couple days later after doing my due diligence and felt more comfortable with it (it's a decent amount of money you're shelling out). When I called back, I worked with Sarah who handled all the booking/paperwork requirements. She was easy to work with, via email, phone, text etc, and made it convenient for all modes of communication. When the bus arrived, they were on time and I went to meet Wes, our driver and he never left his seat nor helped give me a one second tour or rundown on how the radio or phone playlist to bluetooth worked...he did offer up if we needed more cups or napkins (I brought some of both), he could get them but at least the cooler was full of ice! We brought a LOT....apparently a lot more than what fits in there. And we brought a lot of it back home, but that's ok! We cleared out everything we brought and were sure to put all the trash in bins to keep the cleanup to a minimum! Those are where the one star falls short (is in the rush factor during inquiry/booking and the lack of mini assistance before leaving on our tour)... Despite that, now that I know how it all goes and we had such a fantastic time - we even had to extend the time and that process went very fast and easy (one quick easy text and we were good to go to keep going!!!), it was a really good experience. And we had couple of wild moments, which just added to the fun... I received a call from Alex afterward, following up on the experience and I shared the above details (because I believe in feedback) and feel assured that if I were to rent again from them, that it would be just as good or even better....I would like to find another reason to use Affari again! read more

I used Affari transportation for an event I was having. The manager sent me pictures via text of the bus I would be receiving. The pictures of the interior of the bus had a lounge area, led lights and coolers. The bus that was delivered was nothing like the bus I was promised. It was a regular passenger bus with all seats facing forward. Definitely not what I was promised. We had no choice but to use the bus that was delivered to reach our destination in time. I called the next morning to let the company know about the mistake and ask for a 50% refund. The owners refused. I would recommend you find another company other than this one! read more

My daughter chose a celebrity themed birthday party for her big #10, and of course we needed a limo for her and her friends to ride in style. Tommy at Affari is a great driver. He was amazingly patient with 19 little girls on board. Had a golf outing at Carrollwood Country Club on Monday and needed a ride last minute. I originally called another service Sunday night, but they couldn't accommodate me on such short notice. Fortunately, they referred me to one of their top competitors--Affari Transportation. I called and got the owner, Alex, directly. Not only did he take care of everything on short notice, but he also called back to upgrade our morning ride to a Mercedes Sprinter party bus (at no extra charge), and the return trip in a Chevy Suburban. Marvin picked me up first, then swung by to grab two friends before heading to the course. Ash handled the ride home. Both were extremely professional, especially Ash, considering we were coming off a full-day golf scramble and pretty buzzed. Top-notch service, start to finish. I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Affari. They had excellent customer service, quick response times, and sent a stretch limo that was clean (and awesome), and were generally phenomenal. I called these people at FIVE IN THE MORNING because this was a reward for the students who had read a million words at our school and I was panicking. I wanted everything to go right and I was just nervous (under no circumstances was this Affari's doing... I'm a worrier). Y'all, they answered at 5AM!! and eased all my worries. It made a world of difference to me and then getting a text when the drive was en route calmed me all the way down. Our driver, Ash, was an absolute doll. 25 friends rented the bus for a trip from St Pete to the Hardrock Cafe and back. We all give the experience 5 stars! The service provided the cooler, ice and the sound system. It was BYOB and we bought snacks. We were able to Bluetooth our playlist and our driver was very patient and accommodating. We asked if was possible to extend our time 1 additional hour and our request was granted without issue (at an additional cost). The night started with our driver Fred picking up myself, and 7 other guest from our dinner at Berns Steakhouse, right on time might I add. Fred was very friendly and very courteous throughout the evenings stops. Fred even played camera man for us and took some great group photos. We rented a party bus for my daughter's homecoming. The bus was for 14 people and they all fit very comfortably with plenty of room to move around. The party bus was very clean and perfectly maintained. The communication with this company is awesome! We got the confirmation email a few minutes after booking the bus. Then we got a confirmation text a couple days before the event. The day of the event, we got a text letting us know the driver was on his way. The driver (Joseph) was on time, friendly and professional. All the kids raved about how great Joseph was with them. Joseph responded to text messages immediately and everyone had a fantastic time. I'm not one to write a review, good or bad, but this is one I simply can not let go! Price 4 Limo was contracted by us for a 30 passenger bus for our daughter's wedding. Price 4 Limo in turn contracted the 30 passenger bus to one of their suppliers to a company by the name of Affari. The contract and price for the 30 passenger bus was initiated and agreed through Price 4 Limo. On the day of the wedding a much smaller passenger bus arrived at our event. It was only a 24 passenger bus. Several from our wedding party ended up having to scramble to find themselves rides to and from our event locations because not everyone could be accommodated in the smaller bus size. After our event I tried to contact both Affari and Price 4 Limo to pursue a credit for the services which were simply not provided. Affari indicated they had previously called to inform us of the smaller bus size which was simply not true. The only phone call they made was to inform us that their original intended bus had broken down and they needed to place us on a different bus. No mention of a smaller sized bus was ever communicated because surely we would have flagged that to be an issue for our large wedding party. Price 4 Limo also failed to honor a credit even though the original contract was never amended to prove a smaller bus had been authorized. I would NEVER recommend doing business with either company. Neither company met their contractual obligation yet both failed to offer a credit to mediate the situation even after several calls were initiated by me attempting to pursue a credit of any amount.
