I am a female, of an age, so when I travel alone, it is paramount that I trust the drivers that I hire. Now, it would appear I have a new GO-TO limo service for all my transportation needs. The fact that the owner kept in constant contact with me, assuaged my fears, and then really delivered!! My driver to TIA informed me (at 3:40 am!), that the interstate was closed and we would have to take an alternate route. He got me there in amazing time and was a very excellent driver (I always notice). My Elite driver from TIA to Sarasota was also a great driver and he also had to take alternate routes to get me home in record time. I didn't expect to see reviews or pictures but admittedly both helped seal the deal for me to pick up the phone and book a ride to and from the airport. Here's why I give Elite five stars: 1) I had a very early flight out and wanted to be at the airport well ahead of time. I wanted no logistical drama. I called the number, a man picked up, I told him where I wanted to go and when. He confirmed. A short but pleasant conversation. ELITE IS EASY TO CONNECT WITH AND COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY. 2) Wade phoned the day before to confirm the pick up time and location. He arrived RIGHT ON TIME. Actually he was about six minutes early. He introduced himself as Wade. We had a pleasant, professional, 20 minute ride to the airport. ELITE DELIVERS ON WHAT IT PROMISES. PERIOD. 3) As other reviewers have pointed out, the car was immaculately detailed. And Elite is competitively priced. I phoned a neighbor who also has a car service and not only was he twice what Elite charges, we never actually spoke live because he never picked up his phone when I called. We played a ridiculous game of phone tag for three days and he was very unprofessional in his phone communications.
