The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, ​and confirmation were​ wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up. The driver arrived just before​ the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home. The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, ​and glasses were all well​ stocked. That has not always been the case with the competition, but Lino has NEVER done me wrong. One instance in particular when I had to make an emergency trip home to see one of my children who had been admitted into the Children's ICU. Lino met me and my bags at the airport and rushed me to the hospital...then took my bags home. I gave him the key to my house and when I got home the key was under the mat and my bags were inside. There are VERY few people I would trust enough to give my house key to, but Lino is one of them. You just don't know who you can trust any more with anything. Thankfully, Lino has proven to be one of those people, and he has become like family to us.

When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
