During the interview she was the perfect blend of professional, personal, and understanding to our specific situation. She was honest about what we could expect to be of interest to buyers and things of specific value. During the process she regularly communicated at milestones of the project and did not hesitate to ask questions if she was not certain how we would want her to handle things. My mom had a lot of knick knacks and not a lot of valuable furniture or antiques. The sale still managed to earn enough to cover the emptying and clean out of her place without us needing to make a trip back there.
