Just completed our first post-vaccination trip. A bit stressful even though we are seasoned travelers - lots of new rules and regulations to follow at airports and hotels. Called a few days prior to book. Recieved an email confirmation. Called morning of to confirm. This was for a 330 monday pickup. 330 monday no car no call. 335 I call and get an answering machine. 345 i get a call back. Guys a few minutes away. Ordered an Uber and thank god I did. Uber got there at 4pm. Loaded and away at 410 and still no car. Service. 40m could have been the difference between making and missing a flight. Use at your own risk, but be warned. ***UPDATE*** Called to argue with me about the review. Evem after I sent him screen shots of our calls. HE BLAMED ME. I've used Affinity twice now, once for a work trip and again for a personal trip. Personable and dependable both times. We traveled over Christmas with a three year old, three suitcases, and a full size car seat. So much easier to move the luggage to a waiting van close to the baggage carousel than getting to the parking garage. UPDATE: I received a call from Jody a few minutes ago (more than 2 hours after I left a message). So they are still operating, and he apologized for not getting back to me. But I had already booked a taxi and wasn't comfortable taking a chance on Affinity due to the delay in callback. However, I might consider them in the future. Is this business still operating? I can't rate the service because they did not return my call when I left a message this morning requesting a ride to the airport tomorrow morning. Their voice mail said that all dispatchers were busy but they would call back within 30 minutes. When I did not receive a call after 2 hours, I decided to call a regular taxi service since I couldn't risk not having a ride. Reliability is very important in this business. I understand that this is a small owner-operated business, but if they can't return calls in a timely way I would not trust their reliability in providing a ride. read more

We booked a van for an early morning flight out of National, and they never showed up! When we called, they said that we should probably call an Uber, and offered no explanation or apology. Very unreliable, but thank God for Uber, which showed up within four minutes (at 4am) and was half the price! I would not recommend this company. read more
