A supervisor gets on the call & says it could take 24 hours to receive an email!!! He offers to give me the help desk for Optum, who they contract with for their communications. I asked him to read the address they have for my email. He reads my correct email address, but with ".com" at the end. I told him my email address does not end in '.com" and that I never told Ashanti to add ".com" at the end. I told him the correct email address. Within seconds (not 24 hours) I received the email to access the patient portal. Folks, this is a "professional" medical practice!!! Truly Frightening!

She's a warm person and not a doctor that view you as a number. She actually would take time to know you, to say hi and to listen to your health and wellness. Dr. Bebak and all her staff are friendly. The medical assistant, Tracy, would call you back ASAP or within 1 business day and listen to your issues. You would never feel rushed or judged. When you need to see her right away, it happens. She granted me an appointment within 12 hours or less. The office actually would follow up with your healthcare plan and give you confidential advice. She found a benign tumor (originally tested and thought that it was ovarian cancer) above my ovary in Oct. 2010. Many tests were done and confirmed that it was 98% cancerous. She placed calls, put me on the best healthcare plan and scheduled for my surgery within 2 weeks with one of the best Oncologists in Scottsdale, Dr. Mike Janicek M.D. His office normally schedules surgeries prior to over a month, but he did a favor for me and her by bringing me in for a surgery ASAP. I received the best care under both of them for many months. I'm really happy with the ease and the great medical care that she provides. I highly Dr. Bebak for your healthcare plan.

I get advocating for yourself at every visit but their mistakes are so frequent it's exhausting. I've come here for well check ups, sick appointments and referral appointments and every visit they mess up.
