Jenifer was one of them. I also researched reputable lenders and filled out some short applications with a few clicks. Jenifer was the first one to reach out to me. Her name was on the recommended list. The stars aligned! Her voice was soothing and patient. She did not rush through her answers to my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Easy web-based application (as it should be in the 21st century), and documentation exchange and e-signing followed. Under the pressure of my friends, I briefly checked out other lenders, but not only they quoted a higher interest rate, but I also felt the sales pressure from a banking giant or two. I was happy to return to my first choice with Jenifer.
