I got a call a week later from the legal department to answer a couple questions. Now waiting for the final confirmation. Typically, I go to the one in Shrewsbury area but this location is closer to work. I think the service there is also great. There wasn't a yelp account for that location so I put it here as I would rate it the same. My small problem is just that you may have to wait a long period of time during peak times as there are limited service providers. I have definitely taken a lot of their time just due to the nature of the requests, so I can understand that there is not much that can be done about it.

At my age and situation this is totally unacceptable. They also manage my deceased husband's pension plan (Mondelez). I thought their advisors and investment strategies were sorely lacking but after dealing with Fidelity/ Pension, I realized quickly that I need to pull the plug on Fidelity. Bottom Line: Fidelity is your typical American Corporate whore. They only serve themselves and those who are whales; everyone else they laugh at. The more you know.

Her name was on the recommended list. The stars aligned! Her voice was soothing and patient. She did not rush through her answers to my questions and explained everything thoroughly.
