She did, however, make quite a number of inconsequential/small mistakes and we barely got the policy written the day before my mother's former coverage expired. Donna was fine, but I wasn't referring my mother to the Scovotti Insurance Company. I referred her to Chris. I wish he had told me up front that someone other than he would handle the customer service. Still, overall, I had a positive experience.
