When I was unavailable due to prior commitments, I felt that my time and efforts as a candidate were disregarded. Employers have the right to make hiring decisions, but applicants also deserve professionalism, courtesy, transparency, and reasonable communication throughout the recruitment process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend investing substantial time pursuing employment opportunities with this location in State Farms, Yonkers, New York. I ultimately withdrew my application due to concerns regarding the hiring process, communication, and overall candidate treatment. I hope management reviews its recruitment practices and treats future applicants with greater professionalism and respect.
