I sat in a massage chair and Rose brought me bottled water. Soon enough, a nail tech (I didn't get her name) appeared to begin. She was very good at her job and everything was fresh from a new package, all very clean. The music was relaxing. I just relaxed as she massages and soaked and cleaned up my feet. I watched as customer we welcomed as friends and left happy. This place has a wonderful vibe. In fact, I sat drying my nails so long, I almost forgot to leave for my errands! The only mistake I made was making my appointment so early in the day, as I did not want to do anything else the rest of the day! Maybe next time I come back, it will be after work! We called to ask if she would be able accommodate three of us on a Saturday afternoon, and she was able to squeeze us in with very short notice. The first thing I noticed is that her salon is very clean, bright and spacious, with no chemical smells at all. I loved all of the plants, flowers and cute elephant decor. There are a large selection of colors - I didn't really know what I wanted for my manicure and Rose helped me try on a few options before deciding on a base and design. She is thorough, skillful and detail-oriented. I loved how my nails turned out! Rose and her staff are super kind and personable as well. It's a shame because this was a nice shop but the owner has been mia for a while and the customer service is not good - obviously they can't schedule properly and you should never make someone wait for 30 minutes to say you can't do their service. I had left my purse with my cash in the car and just grabbed my small wallet so I planned on going out to grab her tip ( which as a waitress that lived off tips , I tip rather generously ) but after being accused of not paying and being held at the door and then rudely asked where the tip was I decided I wouldn't be leaving one.
