After waiting for 30 minutes, one of the techs approached and told me they could not do both - but proceeded to take in two women that arrived after me. It's a shame because this was a nice shop but the owner has been mia for a while and the customer service is not good - obviously they can't schedule properly and you should never make someone wait for 30 minutes to say you can't do their service.
